How do I set up or make changes to my recurring deposits?

When you make a deposit to your account, you can choose to set up recurring deposits daily, monthly, or quarterly. Your deposit will happen automatically on the frequency you’ve chosen from the bank account you set it up for.

To set up recurring deposits, first choose the account you want to set this up for. You can find this under the Accounts tab.

Once you’re in the correct account page you'd like to set this up from, click “Deposit”.

Input the amount you want to deposit on a recurring basis, the bank account you want the funds to come from, the account you want the funds to go to, and the frequency.

Under the dropdown for frequency you can select between daily, biweekly, monthly, and quarterly.

Daily recurring deposit will occur everyday starting the next business day.

Biweekly recurring deposit will occur every other week on Mondays.

Monthly recurring deposit will occur on the 1st of every month starting the first day of the next month.

Quarterly recurring deposit will occur on the 1st of every quarter (4 months) starting the first day of the next month.

Example: If you set up a monthly recurring deposit on June 15th, the first recurring deposit will start on July 1st.

If you've set a recurring deposit with Carry that you would like to cancel or make changes to the amount or frequency, you can do so in your Accounts page by going to https://invest.carry.com/investments/accounts

If you need to make adjustments to your recurring deposits (for example, if you want to change the frequency from daily to monthly) simply cancel your recurring deposit and set up a new one.

Under your Deposits tab, you will be shown a list of recurring deposits that you've set up. You can switch between your Carry accounts to view different the recurring deposits you've set up for that account.

Click into any recurring deposits that you've set. On the next page, you will see a button to cancel your recurring deposit.
