Carry's 2026 Give $100, Earn $100 Referral Program FAQ

This is a customer referral program where existing Carry customers can earn $100 for each eligible person they refer who purchases a paid annual membership, and referred persons receive $100 off their first year of membership.

The program runs through December 31, 2026, but Carry reserves the right to end or modify it earlier at its discretion.

• Referrers: Any active Carry customer, regardless of membership tier

• New customers (referees): Individuals who have never previously had a Carry Membership or user account on Carry's platform (including under The Vibes Company Inc. or any predecessor branding) and who purchase a paid annual Basic or Pro Carry Membership. A previous Carry user who registers with a new email address does not qualify.

1. Share your unique referral code with friends, family, or colleagues with whom you have a personal relationship

2. Your referee must use your code and purchase a paid annual Carry Core or Pro Membership

3. Your referee must keep their paid Carry Membership active for 90 consecutive days

4. After this Qualification Period, you'll receive your $100 bonus within 60 days

You can refer as many eligible people as you want, but there's a limit of $1,000 in total referral bonuses per customer in any rolling 12-month period (10 successful referrals).

Your referee will receive an instant $100 discount off their selected annual Carry Core or Pro Membership for the first year.

You can access your unique referral code inside the Carry platform and share it via email or text message.

You must clearly disclose that:

• You will receive cash compensation if the person purchases a paid Carry Membership using your referral code

• You have a personal relationship with the person you're referring

• You're not making any guarantees about investment performance

You can only refer people with whom you have a direct, personal relationship:

• Family members

• Friends

• Colleagues with whom you have regular personal interactions

You may NOT refer:

• Strangers

• People you only know through online forums or social media

• People with whom you don't have an established relationship

  If you have been approved for Carry's Enhanced Referral Program, different solicitation rules may apply under your separate written addendum.

Yes. You may NOT:

• Purchase internet search terms or publicly advertise Carry

• Distribute referral links through unsolicited emails or spam

• Create content impersonating or implying affiliation with Carry

• Make false or misleading statements about Carry's services, performance, or capabilities

• Post referral links on public forums, review sites, or classifieds

• Make any guarantees about investment performance or outcomes

Within 60 days after the end of the 90-day Qualification Period. The Qualification Period begins when your referee uses your code and their paid Carry Membership is activated.

As a cash deposit into the bank account of your choice.

Are there tax implications?

Taxes related to Program Bonuses, if any, are solely your responsibility. Carry will issue applicable tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099) as required by law based on the aggregate amount of Program Bonuses paid to you in a calendar year. Consult with your own tax advisor regarding the appropriate tax treatment of Program Bonus payments.

No. A Carry Membership is a subscription to Carry's financial planning and technology platform, available in both free and paid tiers. It does not require opening an investment account with Carry Advisors LLC (advisory) or a brokerage account with Global Carry LLC (brokerage). The referral bonus is earned when the referred person purchases and maintains a paid Carry Membership, not when they open or fund any investment account.

This program is jointly offered by The Vibes Company Inc. and its affiliates, Carry Advisors LLC and Global Carry LLC (collectively, "Carry").

Carry reserves the right to terminate your participation and may withhold unpaid Program Bonuses, seek reimbursement of previously paid Program Bonuses from your designated bank account, or offset against future Program Bonus payments.

Yes. By participating, you represent and warrant that neither you nor any affiliate have been subject to any "Disqualifying Event" or "Disqualifying Commission Action" as defined under the SEC Marketing Rule §275.206(4)-1 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. This is required because referrals to Carry may constitute endorsements of an SEC-registered investment adviser under federal securities law. You must notify Carry at legal@carry.com within 5 business days if such an event occurs.
