Carry's 2025 Give $100, Earn $100 Referral Program allows you as a current Carry customer to earn $100 for every friend you refer who signs up for an annual membership. And your friend gets $100 off their first year of membership!

When does this program run?
This program is available until December 31, 2025, but Carry can end or change it at any time.

Who is eligible to participate?

• Referrers: Existing qualifying Carry customers in good standing

• New customers: People who’ve never had a Carry membership before and sign up for either an annual Basic or Pro membership.

How do I earn my $100 bonus?

1. Share your unique referral code with friends, family, or anyone you know personally.

2. Your friend needs to use your code and sign up for an annual Carry Basic or Pro membership (starting at $199).

3. Your friend needs to keep their account active for 90 days.

4. After that, you’ll get your $100 bonus within 60 days.

How many people can I refer?
You can refer as many friends as you want! Just keep in mind that there’s a $1,000 cap on referral bonuses per year (that’s 10 successful referrals).

How does my friend benefit?
Your friend gets an instant $100 off their first year when they sign up for an annual Carry Basic or Pro membership.

Where can I find my referral code?
You can find your unique referral code in the Carry platform and share it via email or text.

When will I receive my $100 bonus?
You’ll get your referral bonus within 60 days after your friend’s 90-day qualification period ends. The qualification period starts once they’ve used your code to sign up, purchase a membership, and keep their account active for 90 days.

How will I receive my $100 bonus?
The bonus will be deposited into the bank account of your choice.

Are there tax implications?
Any tax implications related to bonuses received are your responsibility. Consult with your tax advisor to figure out how this affects you - Carry does not provide tax forms related to this program.

What do I need to disclose when referring someone?
You’ll need to make it clear that:

• You’ll get compensation if they sign up and fund an account using your referral code.

• You have a personal relationship with them.

• You’re not guaranteeing anything about investment performance.

Who can I refer?
You can only refer people you have a personal relationship with, like:

Yes, you can’t:

• Create content impersonating or implying affiliation with Carry

• Make false statements about Carry's services or performance

• Post referral links on public forums, review sites, or classifieds

Does a Carry membership require investment services?
No. A Carry membership does not necessarily require opening an investment account or becoming a client of Carry Advisors LLC or Global Carry LLC.

Who operates this program?
This program is jointly offered by The Vibes Company Inc. and its affiliates, Carry Advisors LLC and Global Carry LLC (collectively referred to as "Carry").

What happens if I violate program terms?
Carry reserves the right to terminate participation and may seek reimbursement of paid referral bonuses (potentially by deduction from investment accounts).

Do referrers need to meet any regulatory requirements?
Yes. Referrers represent and warrant that neither they nor any affiliate have been subject to any "Disqualifying Event" or "Disqualifying Commission Action" as defined under the SEC Marketing Rule §275.206(4)-1 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Referrers must notify Carry within 5 business days if such an event occurs.
