How do I cancel my Carry membership?

We're sad to see you go but we understand that circumstances change.

You can cancel your subscription by clicking your initials at the top right corner → Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel. 

Please note you will need to have moved all funds off of the Carry platform in order to cancel your subscription.

We do not offer refunds on Carry memberships. Once you cancel your membership, you will retain access to the Carry platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

To cancel a recurring charge for an add-on service, click your initials on the top right corner → Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel. 

If you downgrade a subscription such as your membership tier, your previous membership will be cancelled and a new subscription on the new tier will begin. Your billing cycle will be adjusted to match the date you changed your membership tiers and any unused credit for the previous membership tier will be applied as a credit towards future charges.
