Failed or unsuccessful deposits

If you have an unsuccessful deposit to Carry, the account you are depositing to will be unable to accept new deposits until the hold is removed and the account will reflect the following wording: "This account is not eligible to make new investments. You can only sell your investments."

If you're not sure why the deposit was unsuccessful, we recommend reaching out to your bank for more information.

You can get in touch with our team to submit a request to remove this hold with our custodian if you've resolved the issue with your bank and the subsequent deposit you plan to make will be successful.
