How do I get in touch with Carry's support team?
Option 1: Via the messaging function on the Carry website
You can reach us via our messaging chat functionality on the top right hand side of the website. Select 'Messages' as shown below and the chat box will appear on the bottom right:
If you receive a reply from our team when you message us via the Carry website, you will see a red bubble with an unread message number as shown below:
Option 2: Via email
If you'd like to reach our team via email, you can reach out to: support@carry.com
Our team will reply via the same method through which you reached out.
